Released after the annual celebration of the birth of a false prophet, Clandestine Blaze return with new full length ‘Falling Monuments’. Surfacing months after Deathspell Omega‘s mighty ‘Paracletus‘, Mikko Aspa headlines an orthodox attack on the riffology of melody. Expect extracts of raw melodicism akin to 2006′s Church Of Atrocity. There is some charm to the way Northern Heritage announce their releases, which can amount to no announcement or promotion at all. Available now through Northern Heritage on all possible formats, except digital:
2010 album of Clandestine Blaze underlines the core of black metal as it has been interpreted by it. Utmost focus on the core elements of riffs, melody, song structures and lyrics, leaving out everything unnecessary. In stripped down simplicity of sound, music and artwork it continues logical journey since Church Of Atrocity, with more distorted, lethal and fierce sound. Northern Heritage.
